Who Is Paula?
She is a woman who wants to encourage you to start your journey of living your purpose. By sharing her life's failures and successes, she hopes to inspire you to never give up. Join her as she begins her 40's redefining what it means to love her work and how it moves her to transform other people's lives.
Our physical and emotional well being matter, and she is here to prove it to you. Paula's clinical training at the prestigious Philadelphia Osteopathic College of Medicine, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and her years working as a Mental Health Counselor have prepared her for a life of helping others.
In addition to her Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Health Psychology, Paula is also a certified Kickboxers Ultimate Training Fitness (KUT) Coach. She is also a student of Taekwondo (TKD) with her eyes set on achieving the black belt. Moreover she is working as an Assistant Taekwondo Instructor. She teaches both KUT and TKD weekly and seeks to inspire her students to achieve their potential through consistent, dedicated, practice.
Paula is also a hip hop dancer on the eMotion Dance Team. Not only is she training weekly to perform throughout Fairfax County, but they are a dance team that promotes 3 Core Values. Kindness, Respect and Teamwork.
