I started cooking Paleo 9 months ago and I fell in love with veggies all over again. I developed a newfound love of cauliflower. I cooked it so much that I was able to create my own favorite go-to recipe. Please try it out let me know what you think.
I am not a chef, by any means, but Paleo unlocked a world that allowed me cook wholesome, nutrient-dense delicious.

Looking to add more veggies to your week? Try my roasted cauliflower recipe. Only a few ingredients, and 40 minutes cook time. 1 cauliflower head can feed 3 to 4 people in 1 meal. However, if your scenario happens to include me for dinner, this is only feeding 2-3 people because I'm eating 1/2 it!
